1. Who pays for the service?
The NDIS will fund the Respite Service. You can discuss this with your care coordinator for more details.
2. Are Heart to Life Respite staff experienced?
Our staff members have over 20 years of combined experience and are fully qualified. Our Support Workers are required to show experience and training qualifications.
3. What makes Heart to Life Respite Tasmania different?
We keep our participant groups small to ensure each person receives extra attention. We can also offer one-on-one respite to address participants' personal interests.
4. Are the transport and activities included in the price?
Yes, once authorised by your NDIS support coordinator, the transport and the activities will be included in the price.
